Douglas Bodde is a Business Development Manager who is responsible for managing intellectual property for the Bloomington campus of Indiana University. Prior to joining IURTC, Doug acquired  eight years of sales and marketing experience with entrepreneurial genomic and proteomic research-tool companies. He served as product manager and sales manager for Alpha Innotech Corporation in their life science imaging division, and  held sales leadership positions with Nonlinear Dynamics Ltd. and Biomind LLC, both bioinformatics entities. 

He graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Molecular Genetics and went on to receive an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis.
