Linda Motsinger

 

Linda Motsinger, Vice President of Administration & Diversity

Linda Motsinger is the Vice President of Administration and Diversity. Linda has been with the Indiana University Research and Technology Corporation (IURTC) since its inception. Prior to IURTC Linda had the unique experience at Indiana University of assisting in the start up of two departments. She established the office for the Information and Computer Services department and as the Assistant to the Vice President of Public Relations, established two public relations office and two Presidential Inaugural offices.

 

In January 1996, she assisted in the IURTC startup when she was named Assistant to the President and played a major role in the creation, strategic planning, and development of IURTC. In January 1997, IURTC officially separated from Indiana University and Linda was named the Business Manager. As Business Manager she was responsible for the financial and human resources management and special projects. In July 1999, Linda was promoted to Assistant to the President and Manager of Human Resources and in July 2001, she was promoted to Director of Administration. In September 2002, she was named Vice President of Administration and in November 2004 named Vice President of Administration and Diversity.

 

Linda was a member of the South Central Indiana Personnel Association and is currently an active member of the Human Resources Association of Central Indiana and the Society for Human Resources. She is a human resources generalist and consultant and has had Senior Professional Human Resources certification since December 2000.

 

Linda graduated from Indiana University with distinction and has a B. S. in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, Magna Cum Laude.
