#08040: MCF7-F cells
Breast cancer cell line with acquired resistance to the anti-estrogen therapeutic fulvestrant (Faslodex)
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
TECH FIELD(S)
Research material – cell line
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
FEATURES
MCF7-F is a drug-resistant subline from a single colony of hormone-dependent breast cancer MCF7 cells. This cell line enables experimentation into the molecular characteristics of antiestrogen-resistant breast cancer in a uniform, clonal background.
